The tree trunk is route of the knowledge, flowing through the roots to the leaves which are partly green and yellow, showing the raw and the immaturity while learning. The stretching arms show the book of knowledge and the other arm shows the sceptre held which is golden. On reaching the top of the leaves the glow of light shows the brightness and warmth and the knowledge sparkling all around. The brown lines from the leaves shows the knowledge dripping as it grows.
